Beginning song 5...'the night garden'

Can't believe we finished song #4 'on fire' in just 2 sessions! Now begins song #5 'the night garden'. This song came to me when I was in a twilight stage of sleep. I heard it in my head and immediately did a voice recording on my phone. There are several ways I write songs, although there is no real method to my madness! One way is, that I write a poem and then proceed to put a tune to it. Another way is just the reverse. I may have a tune swimming around and then try to connect some lyrics with it. At times, both the tune and the lyrics come together simultaneously. I like these times! The most bizarre form of my song writing comes about when I am about to fall asleep or just as I am waking. I hear someone singing in my head. The question is, who do I give credit to!!

I know a few posts back I promised to put a sound clip up. Unfortunately, my website editing software only accepts mp3s and the recordings I have are not mp3s. Now, I am trying to find a software that can convert these files. If anyone know anything about this, I would love to know. Cheers!
